Last night I was in the company of John Connolly and his publishers, Hodder & Stoughton to celebrate the launch of THE UNQUIET, the lastest Charlie Parker chiller crime book. We met in the Dickensian-style courtyard of Bleed Heart Yard and enjoyed the champagne and food. Amongst the 40 guests were Mr & Mrs Mark Billingham, Barry Forshaw, Maxim Jakubowski, David and Daniel from Goldsboro Book. , and of course, Ali Karim (or Snapper Karim as he is known).
